Powdered Gyokuro (Kona-gyokuro) is often served in sushi restaurants in Japan. Its flavour matches perfectly with sushi and it is easy to prepare (no teapots needed). Brewing guideline 1. Put 1 table spoon of powdered Gyokuro in a small tea strainer on a cup or a mug 2. Slowly pour 2 to 2.5 dl of boiling water over the tea. 3. Remove the strainer immediately or after waiting for 5 seconds - possibly making small movements as with a teabag, according to the desired strength.
