Différentes manières d'infuser le thé à froid

Different Ways to Cold Brew Tea

Why not treat yourself to a culinary journey from home with a delicious cold-brewed tea this summer? It's refreshing, flavorful, very rarely bitter, and low in caffeine. Perfect during & after a rich meal!

For one person:
Kôridashi with a shiboridashi-style teapot (~30 min)
Dense and rich in umami, but small in quantity.
Recipe: put 4 or 5 g of gyokuro and ice cubes in a teapot.

For 2 people: Kôri-mizu dashi with a Mino-yaki teapot (~30 min)
We believe that sencha-fukamushi tea, due to its short brewing time, is well suited to this method.
Recipe: 5g of fukamushi sencha, ice cubes, and filtered water.

For several people: Kôri-mizu dashi with a bottle (~60 min)
Recipe:
1. For 1 liter, 10 to 15 grams of your favorite tea
2. Ice cubes
3. Filtered water
4. Shake and refrigerate for 1 hour!
