Un point sur la situation du matcha en Europe

An update on the matcha situation in Europe

The quality offered by different stores is uneven; many merchants are unfamiliar with this "new product."
The craze for matcha leads more and more people to try it, but unfortunately, due to the above, this often results in disappointing experiences (bad taste, bitterness).
🌱 It is important to choose a store that knows its subject: the quality of the matcha itself, as well as how to store and prepare it. {Incidentally, the color of organic matcha may differ from conventional ones, but that doesn't mean they are bad}.

Matcha and Japanese tea in general:

The shortage of first-harvest matcha (sometimes called ceremonial grade) is leading to a transformation of production in Japan. Other types of tea leaves, for sencha for example, are neglected and also become more expensive.
To protect the richness of Japanese tea, here's what we propose:
1. Turn to our "premium" matcha, a high-quality blend of 2nd and 1st harvest for your lattes. Delicious and unaffected by the current shortage 🌿
2. Open yourself to other Japanese teas. The range of flavors is immense; it would be a shame to miss out ✨
