Homemade matcha mochi (daifuku) kit

This kit contains a recipe explained in detail to make approximately 8 matcha mousse mochis (🇫🇷🇬🇧）. A slightly simplified recipe that is easy to make at home.

Ingredients: a mold, glutinous rice flour 70g, potato starch 70g, gelatin 4.2g, Matcha 2 tbsp

To add : sugar, cream, soy milk, water
