How to store matcha?
- Light, humidity and heat should be avoided.
- Keep it in its original packaging.
- Consume it quickly, ideally within a month of opening.
Powdered tea, by definition, oxidizes faster than other types. Over time, it loses its beneficial properties and its aroma diminishes.
