Swiss media are starting to report on a global matcha shortage

When David visited tea growers, they often told him: "Please, promote Japanese tea culture in Switzerland. It will resonate better if locals, like you, share it in their language." It was a bit daunting to be entrusted with the responsibility of helping to safeguard such a rich and profound culture.
